Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery in accordance with the prevailing consumer protection laws in our region. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from damage. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If your purchase involved any promotional coupons or discounts, the rebate will be recalculated accordingly.

The product to be exchanged must meet the return criteria mentioned above, and any difference in price between the exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly. No waiver of any breach or failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement by SkinsMonkey shall constitute a waiver of any future breach. Your rights and remedies under this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
You agree not to assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without such consent shall be null and void.
